Before you ask
What counts as an “active student”?
A currently enrolled student on the roll. Applicants, alumni, archived records, staff and parent accounts are never counted or charged. If you go past your package allowance, extra students are ₦1,200 per year — the same flat rate on every package.
Can we move up a package mid-session?
Yes. You pay only the difference for the remaining terms, and nothing has to be rebuilt or re-entered. There is no penalty for a strong admissions season.
Is our data separated from other schools?
Yes. Every school runs in its own tenant with strict isolation, role-based permissions and audit logs. You can export your full records to PDF and Excel at any time, and handling is aligned to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What is included in the licence, and what costs extra?
Onboarding, configuration, standard data migration, virtual staff training, backups, security patches and every future platform upgrade are included. Bulk SMS and WhatsApp credits, payment-gateway transaction charges, app-store account fees and custom development are billed separately.
Do you work with school groups on several campuses?
Yes — that is what Enterprise is for. It adds a central group dashboard, cross-campus consolidated reporting, single sign-on, a dedicated database instance and a service-level agreement.
